Neighborhood: Clean, quiet, well-lighted, safe and secure with extremely low crime rate. We have regular contacts with all our neighbors.
City center and airport: The shared house is 15 minutes away from HCMC center and also 15 minutes from Tan San Nhat International Airport.
Transport: We have parking space indoor if homestay guests buy a motorcycle or a bike. Bus stop is two-minute walk away. There is a bus every 10 minutes to Ben Thanh Station, from which you can go to anywhere in and around Ho Chi Minh City. You would also have no problem calling a taxi or a motorbike taxi from the shared house.
Shopping: You may want to buy daily/ weekly food supplies to cater for yourself. Two markets and a few convenience stores are within short walking distance. The nearest supermarket is 8 minutes on motorbike or a 25-minutes walk away.
Eating out: There is a wide range of food stalls and restaurants within walking distance from the accommodation, serving both oriental and Western cuisines. Fast-food outlets like KFC, Lotteria and Bud's Ice Cream are just up the road.
Sports and entertainment: There is a gym just up the road. Swimming pools, parks and department stores are also not far way. Everything can found in the city center, which is 15 minutes away.
Places of worship: Our neighborhood is located right next to Vinh Nghiem Pagoda. The nearest church is 8 minutes on motorbike or a 25-minute-walk away.
